How does it work?

We deliver fresh flowers around Sydney in two signature styles. Choose between Floral or Jungle for just $45. Your bunch is delivered in our custom Floral Jungle repurposed wine bottle vase, which is yours to keep. Oh, so plastic free! Designs change regularly and we limit our stock to avoid wastage. Check our socials for the day's bunches. Order by 12 noon for same day delivery. Be quick, we might sell-out before noon!

What's a Floral bunch?

Floral is filled with pops of colours to brighten the day. The seasonal blooms are ever-changing and filled with a mix of all the favourite flowers, we love incorporating Australian natives into our Floral bunches too.

What's a Jungle bunch?

Jungle is a textured, bold design filled with wild greenery and often incorporates Australian natives. Not your average bunch of flowers, Jungle makes a statement and would bring a smile to the face of someone who enjoys surrounding themselves with greenery.

Can I choose my vase?

All our flowers come with their own vase made from repurposed wine bottles. The vases will always be a shade of green however shapes do vary and availability can't be guaranteed. If you have your heart set on a certain shape please leave a message in the delivery notes section upon checkout, we'll do our best to fulfil your request.

What's the order cut off time?

If you're after same-day delivery we take orders until 12noon, unless sold out prior.

Can I pre-order?

You sure can! We love to know in advance who we are buying for. Order anytime before the date, and we'll do the remembering for you. Check out our website or socials on the delivery day to see the bunch your lucky recipient will enjoy.

What time will the delivery be made?

Our bunches are hand-delivered Monday to Friday (no weekends sorry) from 12 noon. We prioritise business addresses and aim to have each bunch delivered before 6pm. Unfortunately, we can not take time requests or guarantee the exact time of delivery.

How will I know when my bunch has arrived?

We’ll notify you via email once your bunch has been delivered, but you may have already received a thank you text from the lucky recipient.

What delivery information should I include?

The more info you can share, the easier it is for us to ensure your bunch lands in the correct hands!

Please include the company name and where the bunch is being received; reception, concierge, loading dock, or just walk onto the office and make a big fuss! 

If you are delivering to a secure building please ensure we have access. All efforts will be made to access the building so we can leave the bunch at the recipient’s door (if they are not home) If we are not able to gain access to the property the bunch will be left in a safe location outside.  You can request that your recipient be contacted and informed that a gift is waiting for them upon their return.

Please provide the building, ward and bed number, also tell us if it a staff member or patient.
Please note: Some patients are admitted under their maiden name so if you have the info it’s great to include in your order.

Schools or Universities
Please provide the class year, building, and faculty name. Let us know if it’s for staff or a student.

Shopping Centres
Please provide the business name, shop number and building name.

Can i change my order?

We require 24-hours notice to change your order, but we also understand sometimes things happen at the last minute. Drop us a friendly email at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.

How can Floral Jungle be a zero-waste florist?

We care about our environmental impact. Gorgeous flowers and greenery are from nature, so it’s important to return them to nature. Everything used in the Floral Jungle studio is repurposed, composted or recycled.
